Autumn Gardner PMHNP

Board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner Autumn Gardner, CRNP-PMH, has worked with a variety of mental health conditions. In addition to treating depression and anxiety, she is particularly interested in treatment of PTSD and incorporating trauma-informed care into her practice. Autumn is dedicated to providing effective care through evidence based treatments that involves both medication management and psychoeducation. She currently sees adults 18 years and older.

Autumn graduated from Western Governors with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Her passion for psychiatry evolved during her many years working as a psychiatric registered nurse. This inspired her to pursue a master’s degree in nursing at Chamberlain University, specializing as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. During her career she hopes to raise awareness of mental health and support individuals on their mental health journey.
